一、產(chǎn)品概述
QBZ注水泵機(jī)組，是由柴油機(jī)直接驅(qū)動離心泵輸水。其整套機(jī)組主要由柴油發(fā)動機(jī)，D型多級離心泵，柴油發(fā)動機(jī)與離心泵的驅(qū)動聯(lián)接為高彈性聯(lián)軸器。適合于石油管道及天然氣管理試壓的前置注水工藝程序。
二、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
機(jī)組由柴油機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)行總控制，柴油機(jī)啟動后驅(qū)動水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。柴油機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)具有水溫、油溫、油壓過高及超速等顯示報(bào)警及保護(hù)控制功能。

QBZ型撬裝式注水泵機(jī)組是我公司在吸收國內(nèi)外技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)廣大客戶在特殊環(huán)境作業(yè)的情況下自行設(shè)計(jì)、研究開發(fā)的。QBZ型撬裝式注水泵機(jī)組克服了在特殊環(huán)境下作業(yè)出現(xiàn)的很多不能正常施工的問題，根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場的具體情況進(jìn)行了多項(xiàng)改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新，具有操作方便、使用簡單、性能穩(wěn)定和全智能型的特點(diǎn)。滿足了野外作業(yè)的供排水工程施工需要，是管路檢測漏水試驗(yàn)和試壓的理想設(shè)備。QBZ型撬裝式注水泵機(jī)組廣泛適用于俄羅斯中俄石油管線、印度東氣西輸、哈薩克斯坦輸水管道、中國西氣東輸、南水北調(diào)等工程項(xiàng)目上。QBZ型撬裝式注水泵機(jī)組國內(nèi)無移動式高壓供排水設(shè)備的空白。

QBZ型撬裝式注水泵機(jī)組外殼采用了通用的20英尺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)集裝箱結(jié)構(gòu)，堅(jiān)固可吊裝和撬裝，根據(jù)需要橫向或縱向自由移動。集裝箱箱體根據(jù)特殊使用環(huán)境進(jìn)行改裝，帶有集裝箱通用固定鎖銷，方便國內(nèi)長途運(yùn)輸；外部三面十開門結(jié)構(gòu)，滿足了管路的任何方向連接，箱體各面采用雙層金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)夾層鑲?cè)氡匦圆牧希ＷC殼體的堅(jiān)固性和保暖性，具有良好的保溫與散熱功能，適用于惡劣環(huán)境和低溫度下運(yùn)行，環(huán)境溫度：-22℃~+50℃，適應(yīng)惡劣環(huán)境氣候條件：空氣中含有5%以下的沙塵、雨、雪、霧各類天氣。

QBZ型撬裝式注水泵機(jī)組采用了電動機(jī)驅(qū)動和發(fā)動機(jī)直接驅(qū)動兩種傳動方式，廣泛適用于野外移動式作業(yè)，發(fā)動機(jī)驅(qū)動傳動方式滿足了在沒有電力的情況下正常供排水施工（如有電力可選擇電動機(jī)驅(qū)動）。

注水泵機(jī)組采用合裝形式，發(fā)動機(jī)與泵和連接底座整體組裝，保證了機(jī)組同心度，發(fā)動機(jī)與泵的驅(qū)動聯(lián)接采用了的自動調(diào)節(jié)高彈性驅(qū)動聯(lián)接，克服了注銷式聯(lián)軸器傳動經(jīng)常需要維護(hù)保養(yǎng)更換柱銷，更換彈型圈，柱銷螺母在振動的情況下造成脫落等問題，保證了泵組在大負(fù)荷下整機(jī)良好運(yùn)行；集裝箱內(nèi)配備有照明裝置，保證夜間正常工作的照明。

發(fā)動機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)行總控制，柴油發(fā)動機(jī)啟動后驅(qū)動水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，發(fā)動機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)具有水溫、油溫、油壓、超速等過高顯示報(bào)警及保護(hù)控制，可以隨時監(jiān)控機(jī)組的運(yùn)行情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)超過實(shí)際使用要求顯示報(bào)警時，可隨時停機(jī)檢修，避免出現(xiàn)有小問題引起的其他故障。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)5、
泵出口加裝旁通回流接口，在管線暫時不需注水時，可打開旁通回流閥門，關(guān)閉出口閘閥，可實(shí)現(xiàn)不用停泵，又使泵不在關(guān)死點(diǎn)運(yùn)行，延長了設(shè)備的使用壽命。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)6、
機(jī)組正在運(yùn)行時，如過濾器臨時出現(xiàn)故障，需要檢修清理，又不便停機(jī)，建議在泵出口設(shè)置一個簡易旁通過濾管路，繞過過濾器接注水管線，加裝過濾網(wǎng)，以便能夠在不停機(jī)情況下短期運(yùn)行。開通旁通過濾管時，應(yīng)開啟旁通管路上的蝶閥后，再關(guān)閉過濾器進(jìn)口閘閥。根據(jù)使用情況也可不設(shè)置旁通管路。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)7、
出水口配有止回閥和閘閥，在試機(jī)或運(yùn)行時需要安裝。止回閥和閘閥在停機(jī)檢修時阻止所抽送的介質(zhì)不會造成回流現(xiàn)象，避免回流壓力過大形成的水錘損壞機(jī)組，如在停機(jī)檢修時需要恒壓供水，可以根據(jù)要求配套恒壓供水壓力罐，保證在停機(jī)檢修時還可以恒壓供水，保持所需壓力，（恒壓供水裝置需要訂貨時注明）。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)8、
根據(jù)抽送的介質(zhì)要求可配套全自動反沖洗過濾器（小過濾精度50µm）向管線注水或排水，發(fā)動機(jī)啟動后驅(qū)動水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，送水至過濾器，過濾器進(jìn)出口通過差壓開關(guān)控制進(jìn)行自動反沖洗、清污、排污。保證了所抽送的介質(zhì)達(dá)到使用要求。過濾器電源由柴油機(jī)直供24V或220V電源控制運(yùn)行，過濾器裝置可以沿泵軸線安裝，也可與泵軸線成90℃安裝（全自動反沖洗過濾器需要訂貨時注明）。

集裝箱內(nèi)部可根據(jù)客戶需要設(shè)置一臺真空吸氣設(shè)備，用于在注水泵機(jī)組開機(jī)時，抽吸管路空氣，使進(jìn)水管路和注水泵機(jī)組內(nèi)充滿液體，不用再另行注水，方便了野外作業(yè)，避免了人工灌引水時出現(xiàn)假滿，進(jìn)水管路和注水泵機(jī)組內(nèi)空氣未排凈，致使泵內(nèi)產(chǎn)生氣蝕。真空吸氣設(shè)備可根據(jù)主機(jī)配置要求，配套發(fā)動機(jī)或電動機(jī)為驅(qū)動方式。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)10、
集裝箱內(nèi)部固定設(shè)置了一個油箱，油箱容積為1000升，分別設(shè)置注油口，出油接口，回油接口，油位計(jì)，放油口，可以根據(jù)油位計(jì)監(jiān)控油箱的油位情況。油箱內(nèi)部做了防腐處理，延長了油箱的使作壽命。另固定設(shè)置一個工具箱，便于工具的存放和簡單配件的存放，方便隨時檢修。

機(jī)組的啟動、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、停機(jī)：
Startup, Operation and Stop of the Pump Set：
啟動：在機(jī)組與管線連接完成后，須進(jìn)行啟動前的準(zhǔn)備與檢查。機(jī)組啟動前
Startup：After the pump set is connected to the pipeline, preparation and examination shall be made before starting up. Prior to starting up,
1、檢查發(fā)動機(jī)機(jī)油位是否正常，燃油供給是否正常。
1、Check whether the position of oil of the engine and the fuel supply are normal;
2、檢查散熱水箱儲水是否正常。
2、Check whether the water in the water tank for heat emission is normal;
3、檢查發(fā)動機(jī)啟動電源（24V）是否連接正確可靠。
3、Check whether the startup power (24V) of the engine is connected reliably;
4、檢查供油，連接可靠。
4、check the oil, reliable connection.
5、盤動發(fā)動機(jī)主軸（扳手），看主軸連動泵軸是否轉(zhuǎn)動靈活。
5、The plate moves the engine main axle (special spanner), looked whether the main axle gearing pump spindle does rotate nimbly.
6、按發(fā)動機(jī)控制箱上電源開關(guān)，查看顯示盤各種指示是否正常。
6、Press the power switch on the controlling box of the engine and then check if the display panels can work normally
7、向泵內(nèi)注滿水，并關(guān)閉出口管路上的閘閥和壓力表旋塞。
7、Fill in the pump and close the gate valve of the outlet pipe and the faucet of the pressure gauge;
8、上述檢查完成并確認(rèn)無誤后，即可進(jìn)入機(jī)組啟動。按發(fā)動機(jī)控制箱上的啟動鈕，發(fā)動機(jī)處于怠速狀態(tài)驅(qū)動水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，這時打開壓力表旋塞，有壓力顯示后，逐漸打開泵出口管路上的閘閥，同時調(diào)節(jié)發(fā)動機(jī)油門，使轉(zhuǎn)速顯示到額定轉(zhuǎn)速時定位，然后通過調(diào)節(jié)閘閥待壓力表顯示指針指到所需壓力位置上即可。
8、After finishing above examinations and everything is checked to be all right, the pump set can be started up. Press the startup switch of the controlling box of the engine and the engine begins to slowly drive the pump to run. At the same time open the faucet of pressure gauge. When pressure is displayed, open the gate valve on the outlet pipeline of the pump gradually and adjust the accelerograph of the engine to the degree that the rotate speed reaches the nominal rotate speed. And then adjust the gate valve until the hａnd of the pressure gauge points to the required pressure.
運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)Operation：
1、機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，要注意監(jiān)視發(fā)動機(jī)控制箱各項(xiàng)顯示是否正常。
1、After the pump set starts to operate, inspect whether the display of the controlling box of the engine are normal.
2、機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，要檢測水泵軸承溫度，平均溫升應(yīng)不超過30℃，溫度不超過75℃。
2、After the pump set starts to run, the temperature of the pump shall be tested. The average temperature rise shall not exceed 30oC and the highest temperature shall be no more than 75℃.
3、機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，要注意調(diào)整填料正常漏水程度，以每分鐘10-20滴為準(zhǔn)。
3、After the pump set starts to run, the water leakage of the padding shall be adjusted with 10-20 drops per minute as normal.
4、機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，如發(fā)生故障，應(yīng)停機(jī)，并參照相應(yīng)設(shè)備的說明書進(jìn)行故障排除和維修。
4、If the pump set breaks down in operation, the set shall be halted for trouble dissolving and maintenance according to the description of the equipment concerned.
停機(jī)：緩慢關(guān)閉泵出口管路上的閘閥和壓力表旋塞，然后按發(fā)動機(jī)停機(jī)按鈕
Stop: slow off the pump outlet pipe valve and pressure gauge cocks on the road, and then press the engine stop button
五、注水泵機(jī)組的運(yùn)行工藝流程
V. Operation Process of the Water-injection Pump Set
1、通過控制系統(tǒng)啟動柴油發(fā)動機(jī)，發(fā)動機(jī)由高彈聯(lián)軸器直接驅(qū)動離心泵。
1、start the diesel engine through the control system, high-elastic coupling directly by the engine-driven centrifugal pump.
2、泵出口的管路裝有閘閥，以調(diào)節(jié)流量、壓力。
2、the pump outlet pipe with valve to regulate flow and pressure.
3、控制系統(tǒng)具有油溫、油壓、水溫過高及超速顯示和保護(hù)控制。
3、The controlling system has the functions to display the excessive oil temperature, oil pressure, water temperature and overspeed and the function of protective control.

六、機(jī)油：
VI. Oil for Special Use
注水泵一般在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)半年后，需在軸承室處加滿潤滑油脂；柴油機(jī)及所需潤滑油的規(guī)格、型號、性能指標(biāo)要求以及各種油品的更換周期詳見其機(jī)油說明書。
