超聲波振板是在現(xiàn)有的不銹鋼槽體上加裝的一種超聲波裝置，其特點(diǎn)是安裝方式靈活、維修方便。其規(guī)格尺寸和安裝方式是根據(jù)客戶的實(shí)際需求而定做的。振板可安裝在槽體的底部、側(cè)面以及上部，當(dāng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型號的清洗機(jī)不能達(dá)到清洗要求時，可以采用投入式超聲波振板，制造出各種不同清洗要求的清洗機(jī)。超聲波振板廣泛應(yīng)用于電鍍、涂裝、電泳、噴漆等工藝的前處理及后處理工序。
