懸掛式清洗烘干線，主要用于五金件拋光、拉絲、磨砂后的除蠟清洗，也可用于較大工件的除油清洗作業(yè)，能夠高效、快捷地處理產(chǎn)品包裝前的除油、除蠟清洗以及表面水印處理等問題。該設(shè)備主要由不銹鋼槽體、超聲波系統(tǒng)、鼓泡漂洗系統(tǒng)、噴淋漂洗系統(tǒng)、純水系統(tǒng)、烘干系統(tǒng)以及懸掛鏈輸送系統(tǒng)等部分組成。其主要清洗是由超聲波系統(tǒng)對(duì)工件表面進(jìn)行超聲波除油、除蠟清洗作業(yè)，結(jié)合鼓泡、噴淋等工序的漂洗作業(yè)，再結(jié)合純水（除去工作表面水印）漂洗、熱風(fēng)烘干來(lái)完成五金件的除油、除蠟清洗烘干作業(yè)，達(dá)到產(chǎn)品的合格包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

該清洗烘干自動(dòng)線是一套環(huán)形密閉式輸送空間，人工將工件掛上懸掛鏈，工件隨懸掛鏈進(jìn)入預(yù)先設(shè)定好的工藝流程，經(jīng)超聲波除蠟、除油清洗，鼓泡漂洗、噴淋漂洗、純水漂洗及烘干等序后，隨懸掛鏈到達(dá)下料區(qū)，人工取下工件后，空掛具隨懸掛鏈進(jìn)入下一個(gè)循環(huán)。

Its main cleaning by ultrasonic system was carried out on the workpiece surface ultrasonic degreasing, in addition to wax cleaning, combined with bubbling and spray rinsing operations, coupled with pure water (excluding working surface watermark) rinse, hot air drying to complete hardware oil, wax removal, cleaning, drying operation, reach the standard of qualified packaging of the product.
