睪酮（唾液）檢測試劑盒HBsAg試劑特點（檢測模式：臨床抗體夾心法）：包被抗體為山羊多抗.多抗具有高親和性和對抗原各種表位的反應性.酶表抗體為與HBsAg有不同結合位點的鼠復合單位,可測得HBsAg變異樣品,提高檢測的特異性（99.98%）提高檢測的靈敏度,應用ParlEhrich學說（PEI）HBsAg標準品,對ad標準品的靈敏度為0.05ng/ml對ay標準品靈敏度為0.025ng/ml
ELISA檢測試劑盒應用定性夾心免疫檢測技術,用合成的HEV多肽抗原包被微孔板板條,這些多肽是中國型HEV毒株核心氨基酸序列中抗原性很強的肽段,分別來自于該毒株的開放閱讀框2和開放閱讀框3.將樣品或標準品加入孔中并孵育,如果其中存在HEVIgM抗體,這些抗體就會與HEV的多肽抗原結合,并固定在上面,洗板除去其它非特異性抗體和樣品中的其它成份.然后加入羊抗人IgM-HRP（辣根過氧化物酶）酶結合物,經第二次孵育后,酶結合物就會與*次孵育結合上的HEVIgM抗體相結合,洗板除去未結合的酶結合物,加入TMB底物溶液,在第三次孵育時會發(fā)生酶-底物反應,只有那些含有HEVIgM抗體和酶結合物所形成的復合物的孔才會發(fā)生顏色變化,加入硫酸溶液終止酶和底物間的反應,并在波長:450nm處測量O.D.值,按照本HEVIgM抗體elisa試劑盒的測試標準,O.D.值大于或等于Cut-Off值的樣品被認為是初試陽性.
