 進口衛(wèi)生級隔膜泵也稱衛(wèi)生級氣動隔膜泵，除了具有普通隔膜泵無密封、防爆、低剪切、易維修、允許空轉(zhuǎn)、輕便、自吸啟動等優(yōu)點外，更是兼具優(yōu)異的衛(wèi)生性能，能滿足食品、飲料、制藥等高衛(wèi)生等級作業(yè)要求。

進口衛(wèi)生級隔膜泵工作原理：

在氣動隔膜泵左右各裝有一塊隔膜，由中心聯(lián)桿將其連結(jié)成一體。壓縮空氣從泵的進氣口進入配氣閥，通過配氣機構(gòu)將壓縮空氣引入其中一腔，推動腔內(nèi)隔膜運動，而另一腔中氣體排出。一旦到達行程終點，配氣機構(gòu)自動將壓縮空氣引入另一工作腔，推動隔膜朝相反方向運動，從而使兩個隔膜連續(xù)同步地往復(fù)運動。 在圖示中壓縮空氣由進入配氣閥，使膜片向右運動，則室的吸力使介質(zhì)由入口流入，推動球閥進入室，球閥則因吸入而閉鎖；室中的介質(zhì)則被擠壓，推開球閥由出口流出，同時使球閥閉鎖，防流，就這樣循環(huán)往復(fù)使介質(zhì)不斷從入口處吸入，出口處排出。
