進(jìn)口脫硫泵概述
單級(jí)單吸臥式脫硫泵,主要用作吸收塔循環(huán)泵使用,具有流量范圍寬、高效節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。該系列泵配有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的X型托架,可大大節(jié)約占地空間。同時(shí),我公司針對(duì)脫硫系統(tǒng)用泵特點(diǎn)開發(fā)了多種材料。
脫硫泵系可分為:泵頭部件、軸封部件和傳動(dòng)部件。
1、泵頭部件:
脫硫泵為雙泵殼結(jié)構(gòu),即前、后泵殼帶有可更換的金屬內(nèi)襯,包括前、后護(hù)板、護(hù)套、葉輪。前、后泵殼為垂直中開結(jié)構(gòu),其材質(zhì)分別采用普通灰口鑄鐵、球墨鑄鐵或鑄鋼。前后泵殼用螺栓連接,后泵殼有止口與托架連接,泵的吐出口一般可按八個(gè)方位360度旋轉(zhuǎn),葉輪前后蓋板帶有背葉片,以減少泄漏,提高泵的使用壽命和效率,TL型泵葉輪與軸為螺紋連接,這樣拆裝方便些。
2、軸封部件:
軸封采用機(jī)械密封:具有無泄漏、可靠性高,適于輸送貴重、有毒或強(qiáng)腐蝕性漿體。
3、傳動(dòng)部件:
脫硫泵一般采用同一系列的傳動(dòng)部件,包括托架和軸承組件。其泵軸直徑大、剛性好、懸臂短,在惡劣的工況下也不會(huì)彎曲變形和振動(dòng),根據(jù)傳遞的功率不同,選用深溝球軸承、角接觸球軸承、普通重型單列或雙列圓錐滾子軸承。軸承采用稀油潤(rùn)滑(或脂潤(rùn)滑),軸承體兩端的壓蓋、高速油封(或端蓋、迷宮套及迷宮環(huán))等,可有效地防止渣漿等污物進(jìn)入軸承,保證軸承能夠安全運(yùn)行,具有較高的壽命。

1.采用可更換的硬質(zhì)合金內(nèi)襯或橡膠內(nèi)襯的雙泵殼結(jié)構(gòu),具有良好的耐磨、耐腐蝕性,易于維護(hù)、可靠性高。
2.后拆式結(jié)構(gòu),在不拆卸進(jìn)、出口管路的情況下,方便的檢查或更換葉輪與機(jī)械密封。
3.高效的硬質(zhì)合金葉輪。

1、高效節(jié)能:

1, pump head parts:

3, transmission parts:
Generally the same series of transmission components, including bracket and bearing assembly. The shaft diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, in bad conditions will not bend deformation and vibration, according to the different transmission power, selection of deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, ordinary heavy single or double row tapered roller bearing. Bearing with oil lubrication (or grease), both ends of the bearing gland, high-speed seal (or end cap, and the labyrinth labyrinth ring), which can effectively prevent the slurry and dirt into the bearing, bearing can ensure safe operation, high life.
