工作原理:
ZJ系列流化床氣流粉碎機(jī)是利用多個(gè)相對布置的噴嘴形成高速氣流,再利用高速氣流將物料加速至超音速使其在噴嘴的交匯處互相碰撞,達(dá)到超細(xì)粉碎的目的。被粉碎物料隨上升氣流進(jìn)入分級(jí)機(jī)分級(jí)室,由于分級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn),粒子既受到分級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)子產(chǎn)生的離心力,又受到氣流粘性作用產(chǎn)生的向心力,當(dāng)粒子受到的離心力大于向心力,即分級(jí)粒徑以上的粗粒子返回粉碎室繼續(xù)沖擊粉碎,細(xì)粒子隨氣流進(jìn)旋風(fēng)分離器、捕集器收集,氣體由引風(fēng)機(jī)排出。

Working principle:
