LASE 1000D Series

The LASE 1000D sensor can measure with its TOF technology (Time of flight technology) at distances of up to 800m on reflectors and up to 110 m on natural surfaces.

The sensor transmits extremely short multiple light pulses, measures the running time of these pulses to the object and back and also computes the distance. The measuring data will be send serially over a RS 232/RS 422 interface as well as a programmable analog 4-20 mA output. Further two switching outputs are on board which can be configured in logic and band width. As a third interface PROFIBUS DP is also available.
The LASE 1000D is equipped with a microprocessor control, by what the application ranging is evaluated. High accuracies can be measured by controllable averaging that accommodates high-dynamic movements. Specific distances can be defined as threshold values. With the large measuring range the sensor can be used in many different industries and for a huge variety of tasks:

• Positioning of vehicles; inligent light barrier
• Positioning of cranes; collision avoidance; profile measurement for commodities
• Measurement of slabs and coils in the steel industry

AC 500 OIL AND EMULSION MIST FILTER

• ESP or solid matter filter
   
• Effective suction capacity: up to 700 m³/h

The AC 500 air filter for oil and emulsion mist extraction is characterized by its compact design and can be mounted directly on the machine. Recirculation of the filtered medium also occurs directly in the machine.

The pre-filters are integrated in the housing, and the filter inserts are fully washable. The filter cells have a universal design and can be used for either oil or emulsion.

The AC 500 oil and emulsion mist filter features very low power consumption - just 0.5 kW. The electronics are fully integrated into the air filter. No special electrical cabinet is required. The AC 500 air filter has an excellent rate of filtration (>99%) and at <70dB(A), it‘s whisper quiet.

It can be powered with either single-phase or optionally three-phase current. The filter system is designed for an effective flow rate of up to 700 m³/h, which means the filter is appropriate for internal coolant pressures of up to 20 bars and a machine interior of up to 4m³, whether for oil or emulsion.

The air filter is also available as a version that includes a solid matter filter insert - the "Solid" model. Additionally, it can be retrofitted with an optional afterfilter with various filter cells, i.e. for smoke or, in the activated charcoal version, for odors
