HYDRA®撓性軟管是通過將特定的金屬帶材相互纏繞成螺旋狀結(jié)構(gòu)制成。為適應(yīng)實(shí)際情況,可采用翻邊咬合或搭扣狀撓性軟管——從靈活性高的掛鉤外形到耐久性強(qiáng)的吊掛結(jié)構(gòu)。

EUSAS-System motors A Motor for 100Hz Characteristic and Any Voltage Worldwide ! WATT EUSAS motors are top quality three-phase AC industrial models from Watt Drive抯 customer-oriented modular WATT MAS motor system.
EUSAS stands for EUROPA - USA - ASIEN and means that the wide voltage range and simple voltage selector in the terminal box enable the motor to be operated with virtually any supply voltage and frequency worldwide.
Connection types:
All world voltages are possible in the range from 3x190-210V (DD), 330-365V (YY), 380-420V (D) and 660-690V (Y) for 50 and 60Hz. The board with nine terminals enables star (Y), delta (D), double star (YY) and double delta (DD) connection of the Watt Drive motor. Drive Electronics The frequency inverter programs S-line, B-line, E-line and P-line consistently follow the same principle in the range of 0.2 to 90 kW as the Watt Drive modular drive systems.
These frequency inverters distinguish themselves through their excellent control features, compact size, ease of use and very good communication skills.
The differences between the four programs lie primarily in the control features and thus the starting torque and dynamic performance achieved.
The S models are V/F controlled, while the B, E and P range consists of vector-controlled frequency inverters.
The E-line offers implemented EMC filters and brake choppers in series, as well as many possible extensions for the digital and analog in- and outputs. Moreover an integrated SPS control is available.
The P range features distributed inligence e.g. for positioning tasks. This complete range of modular drive control units offers the technically best and most cost-effective drive solution for any requirement, from simple open loop control to top dynamic closed loop process control and positioning applications.

Explosion-protected drives Watt Drive gear units observe the 94/9EG (ATEX 95) directives. In accordance with the new directive, the explosion-protection norm has been extended to include non-electrical operating resources.
Requirements have been set up to regulate the provision or use of devices and protection systems for their intended use in explosive areas.
Watt Drive gear units fulfil these requirements for operating resources and thus ensure reliable line operations when put to use in explosive areas.
Gear units in line with ATEX can be used for gas (G) as well as for dust explosion control (D). ATEX approval has been given for the following explosive areas:

Agitator drives Agitator and extruder drives - reliability that meets the highest demands. The agitaor drives of the Watt Drive company are part of the modular gear system in the MAS program.
Aim of development was maximum sealing protection and a long storage product life while at the same time providing extremely reliable radial and/or axial power.

Gear units up to 120 kNm Innovative total solutions up to 120 kNm. All-inclusive project solutions from systems suppliers are valued and actively requested by many customers around the world. To meet this demand, Watt Drive is expanding its product range thanks to collaboration with a central European gear manufacturer. This collaboration means that Watt Drive is able to offer the F.. parallel shaft gear unit and the K.. helical bevel gear unit series up to 120 kNm with many additional options across the range.
F.. RX 8.. and K.. RX 8.. series:
The parallel shaft gear units F.. RX 8.. have a 1 - 4 stage design and therefore cover a large reduction range. The thermal power limit of the gear units are between 5.5 kW and max. 445 kW. The helical bevel gear units K.. RX 8.. have a 1 - 3 stage design, covering thermal power limit 14 kW up to 304 kW.
