產(chǎn)品特點：

兩面三刀系列泵的葉輪有的采用半開式結(jié)構(gòu)形式，有的則采用閉式結(jié)構(gòu)形式，另外，泵與電機的聯(lián)接方式又有直聯(lián)系和帶軸承托架式兩種，所有泵的軸封均采用目前西德較*的懸臂式技術(shù)的機械密封，由于我廠產(chǎn)品集優(yōu)良結(jié)構(gòu)、性能、造形于一身，兼過流零部件及連接架采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制造，所以，兩系列產(chǎn)品具有耐腐蝕性能可靠，使用、維護方便、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、能耗低、密封性能好等一系列優(yōu)點。泵，按照API610和 VDMA24297（輕/中型）規(guī)范而設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品?？奢斔透鞣N溫度和濃度的硫酸、硝酸、鹽酸和磷酸等無機酸和有機酸溶液；各種溫度和濃度的氫氧化鈉和碳酸鈉等堿性溶液；各種鹽溶液；各種液態(tài)石油化工產(chǎn)品、有機化合物以及其它有腐蝕性的液體。該型泵適用于煉油廠、石油化學(xué)工業(yè)煤加工工程、低溫工程、造 紙業(yè)、制糖業(yè)、供水廠、海水淡化廠、發(fā)電廠、環(huán)保工程和船舶業(yè)等。從電動機端看，泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向為順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。

結(jié)構(gòu)說明：

泵主要零件有泵體、葉輪、葉輪螺母、泵蓋、密封部件、懸架部件等。
泵的結(jié)構(gòu)特點是：泵蓋通過止口固定在中間支架上，然后通過泵體與中間支架口的聯(lián)接，把泵蓋夾緊在中間。泵體是軸向吸入、徑向排出、底腳支承式，可直接固定在底座上。懸架部件通過止口固定在中間支架上，并用懸架支撐在底座上。檢修時可以不拆卸進出口聯(lián)接管路、泵體進行檢修。
軸封有填料和機械密封等多種形式，可根據(jù)輸送介質(zhì)的性質(zhì)和生產(chǎn)工藝的要求進行選定。
2 泵通過聯(lián)軸器與電機聯(lián)結(jié)，從驅(qū)動端看，泵為順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
3 材料：根據(jù)液體的腐蝕情況，可選用相適應(yīng)的泵過流部分的材質(zhì)。主要材質(zhì)有SUS304、SUS316L等。

結(jié)構(gòu)形式      
臥式后開門結(jié)構(gòu)，泵頭與電機采用聯(lián)軸器連接，安裝在底板上，葉輪為后開式，三只軸承，軸封采用外裝式機械密封，設(shè)有冷卻裝置，軸承體的油位用油鏡觀察；結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理。該泵在泵體上鑄有支腳，可承受來自管路的荷載并直接傳給基礎(chǔ)，這樣泵轉(zhuǎn)子不會因泵承受荷載而產(chǎn)生彎曲，從而保證了承載和機械密封具有zuijia的使用壽命。維修時不需將與泵體相連的管路打開，只要打開托架與泵體的螺栓， 將兩者分開就可維修葉輪和機械密封，簡易方便。
