產品概述:
泵是為電火花行業(yè)、車床行業(yè)、磨床行業(yè)、加工中心、冷卻裝置等行業(yè)制造的水泵,浸入式多級離心泵為安裝標準電機的非自吸式多級泵,采用國內優(yōu)秀水力模型優(yōu)化設計而成,是理想的新一代高效多級離心泵。電機軸通過泵頭用聯軸器直接與泵軸聯接,泵可根據需要配置智能保護器,對泵干轉、缺相、過載等進行有效保護。為滿足水槽或容器的安裝深度,可安裝空腔體來改變泵本身的長度,不同的級數長度見尺寸和重量表和可供產品范圍表。

性能曲線
1.所有曲線都基于電機在恒速2900r/min的測量值。
2.曲線容差符合ISO9906,見性能曲線圖。
3.測試打用20℃不含空氣水,運動粘度為1mm2/s。
4.泵的使用參照加粗線的性能范圍,以防流量過量水產生過熱和流量過大使電機過載等。
產品特點:
1、根據標準ISO2858所規(guī)定的性能和尺寸設計的,主要由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、密封環(huán)、軸套及懸架軸承不見等組成。
2、泵體和泵蓋部分,是從葉輪背面處剖分的,即通常所說的后開門結構形式。其優(yōu)點是檢修方便,檢修時不動泵體,吸入管路,排出管路和電動機,只需拆下加長聯軸器的中間聯接件,即可退出轉子部分進行檢修。
3、泵的殼體(即泵體和泵蓋)構成泵的工作室。葉輪、軸和滾動軸承等為泵的轉子。懸架軸承部件支撐著泵的轉子部分,滾動軸承受泵的徑向力和軸向力。
4、為了平衡泵的軸向力,大多數泵的葉輪前、后均設有密封環(huán),并在葉輪后蓋板上設有平衡孔,由于有些泵軸向力不大,葉輪背面未設密封環(huán)和平衡孔。
