FS-0.7型方形篩丸機產品簡介
S-0.7型振動篩丸機是丸劑生產的配套設備。FFS-0.7振動篩丸振動室內裝有兩層抽屜式篩片，工作時對物料丸粒進行大、中、小丸徑的快速篩分。機器性能穩(wěn)定，噪聲低，操作簡單，使用方便，廣泛適用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)對于各種顆粒狀物料的篩選。
FS-0.7型方形篩丸機結構特征
FFS-0.7振動篩丸由振動室、振動電機、減振器、機坐等組成。振動室有兩層篩片,3個出料口。篩片上孔徑為上大下小合理匹配。電機振動參數可調，使被篩理的物料丸粒在篩面上被拋起，同時沿篩面向前做直線運動，保證物料丸粒嚴格按照規(guī)定尺寸順利篩分。被篩分的物料丸粒分大、中、小規(guī)格，分別從三個出料口流入不同的容器內。篩片更換、清理方便。機器于物料接觸部位及外觀全部采用Ocr18ni9不銹鋼材料，符合GMP要求。
