全自動(dòng)超聲波氣相清洗機(jī)

QSY4004V全自動(dòng)超聲波氣相清洗機(jī) 將工件放置在裝入有機(jī)溶劑的超聲波清洗槽內(nèi)，通過(guò)強(qiáng)烈的超聲波空化作用，使工件在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)清洗干凈。再把工件放在清洗機(jī)的蒸汽區(qū)內(nèi)，工件在遇到蒸汽后產(chǎn)生凝露，并與工件表面污物產(chǎn)生作用，隨著液滴滑落而帶走污物，再將工件提起，放在上部的冷凝區(qū)中冷凝干燥，超聲波氣相清洗機(jī)采用有機(jī)溶劑為清洗劑，具有*的溶解污垢能力，在經(jīng)過(guò)超聲波清洗后效果更加顯著。
