小麥除馀（芒）機 WheatDeburring machine
用 途：小麥、水稻在精選加工前的處理設(shè)備，防止篩孔堵塞，提高精選機的除雜效果。
工作原理：通過主軸低速運轉(zhuǎn)的螺旋打桿及筒壁上靜止打桿不間斷的攪動、摩擦作用，將麥穗或麥殼中的小麥脫殼；將稻穗脫?；蛉コ久?。打桿的角度在0°-30°之間可調(diào)，筒內(nèi)充滿程度與摩擦力可調(diào)節(jié)，根據(jù)不同農(nóng)作物特性，調(diào)整打桿角度及筒內(nèi)摩擦力，可適合不同農(nóng)作物使用要求，并獲得脫殼與除芒效果。
進料口及出料口勻配有除塵管道快速接口，防止灰塵外溢。

Application: the processing equipment of wheat and grain before cleaning and processing to prevent screen hole from blocking and improve the effect of cleaning machine.
Working principle: through the continuous agitation and friction of the low-speed spiral beater of the main shaft and the static beater on the cylinder wall, the wheat in the wheat ear or wheat husk will be shelled; the rice ear will be threshed or the awn will be removed. The angle of the driving rod can be adjusted between 0 ° - 30 °, and the filling degree and friction force in the cylinder can be adjusted. Inlet and outlet shall be equipped with fast interface of dust removal pipeline to prevent dust overflow.
