本機是取代口服液玻璃瓶的新產(chǎn)品，解決了以往口服液玻璃瓶的不良效果。此種灌封機所用的塑料瓶，不但不需要洗瓶機、烘干機，更不需要消毒，可以直接灌封。該機全自動理瓶、進瓶、灌裝，灌裝量穩(wěn)定，無漏滴，無瓶不灌裝。上蓋、封口率可達99%。此機技術(shù)*，體積小、運行穩(wěn)定、噪聲低，操作維修、清洗方便等特點，符合GMP標準。
