◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。達(dá)到分離要求后停機(jī)，開啟機(jī)蓋，拔出吊欄鎖緊栓，用特制吊具將濾袋吊出機(jī)外定點(diǎn)卸料即完成一個(gè)工作循環(huán)。 | Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter net forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from filter net also holes of drum,discharge from shell tangential outlet.When it reaches expected effect,turn down the machine,opens lid,unplugged lift column bolt,use tailored device hangs out filter bag and conveys to fixed place for discharge,then a whole working cycle has been finished. |
