ZSFM系列隔膜雨淋閥由主閥，水力警鈴，壓力開(kāi)關(guān)，手動(dòng)球閥，電磁閥，三通球閥，針閥及控制管路等組成。配以開(kāi)式噴頭、水幕噴頭、閉式噴頭及火災(zāi)報(bào)警控制系統(tǒng)即可組成相應(yīng)的水噴霧滅火系統(tǒng)。具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作容易、安全可靠、安裝維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。失火時(shí)，雨淋閥開(kāi)啟，系統(tǒng)開(kāi)式噴頭一齊自動(dòng)噴水滅火，不僅可以滅火處火源，而且可以同時(shí)自動(dòng)向整個(gè)被保護(hù)的面積上噴水，從而防止火災(zāi)的蔓延和擴(kuò)大。適用于易結(jié)冰或需重點(diǎn)保護(hù)的火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性大的建筑物和場(chǎng)地。

結(jié)構(gòu)及用途STRUCTURE AND PURPOSE
ZSFM系列隔膜雨淋閥主閥采用隔膜將主閥分為上下兩腔，上腔為控制腔。利用上下腔面積差產(chǎn)生水壓力實(shí)現(xiàn)主閥密封。未失火時(shí)，三通球閥手柄向下，針閥、檢修球閥、末端球閥為開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)，電磁閥、手動(dòng)球閥、排放球閥為開(kāi)閉狀態(tài)，壓力表1灰進(jìn)口壓力，壓力表2為0. 此時(shí)主閥為關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。失火時(shí)，有三種控制方式控制主閥開(kāi)啟滅火。主閥開(kāi)啟后，壓力進(jìn)入壓力開(kāi)關(guān)盒水力警鈴，水力警鈴發(fā)出警聲；壓力開(kāi)關(guān)向控制中心發(fā)出信號(hào)或開(kāi)啟消防泵。隔膜雨淋閥具有防復(fù)位結(jié)構(gòu)，主閥開(kāi)啟10﹪后防復(fù)位裝置自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)，防止由于誤操作使主閥回位。滅火后，切斷傳動(dòng)管網(wǎng)，關(guān)閉電磁閥。、手動(dòng)球閥和末端球閥即可關(guān)閉主閥。

內(nèi)置 防復(fù)位裝置：防復(fù)位裝置內(nèi)簡(jiǎn)化了控制配管。防復(fù)位裝置的啟動(dòng)由主閥自動(dòng)控制，復(fù)位操作簡(jiǎn)單。

The main valve is closed then, There are three control modes, in case of a fire, to control the main valve to be opened to put out the fire ,After the main valve is opened, pressure steps into both pressure switch and hydraulic warn-bell, the latter sends out a warning sound and the former sends out a signal to the control center or to open the fire-fighting pump, This valve is of a reset resisting structure, which automatically opens after the main valve is opened by 10﹪to prevent it from reset due to wrong operation, After the fire is put, the main valve can be closed just by cutting off the driving pipe network, closing the solenoid valve, manual ball and final-end valve.
