- 進口平衡閥概述
平衡閥是一種特殊功能的閥門，它具有良好的流量特性，有閥門開啟度指示，開度鎖定裝置及用于流量測定的測壓小閥。利用智能儀表，輸入閥門型號和開度值，根據(jù)測得的壓差信號就可直接顯示出流經(jīng)該平衡閥的流量值，只要在各支路及用戶入口裝上適當(dāng)規(guī)格的平衡閥，并用智能儀表進行一次性調(diào)試，就可使各用戶的流量達到設(shè)定值。
平衡閥是在水力工況下，起到動態(tài)、靜態(tài)平衡調(diào)節(jié)的閥門。如：靜態(tài)平衡閥，動態(tài)平衡閥。
靜態(tài)平衡閥亦稱平衡閥、手動平衡閥、數(shù)字鎖定平衡閥、雙位調(diào)節(jié)閥等，它是通過改變閥芯與閥座的間隙（開度），來改變流經(jīng)閥門的流動阻力以達到調(diào)節(jié)流量的目的，其作用對象是系統(tǒng)的阻力，能夠?qū)⑿碌乃堪凑赵O(shè)計計算的比例平衡分配，各支路同時按比例增減，仍然滿足當(dāng)前氣候需要下的部份負荷的流量需求，起到熱平衡的作用。
動態(tài)平衡閥分為動態(tài)流量平衡閥，動態(tài)壓差平衡閥，自力式自身壓差控制閥等。
動態(tài)流量平衡閥亦稱：自力式流量控制閥、自力式平衡閥、定流量閥、自動平衡閥等，它是跟據(jù)系統(tǒng)工況（壓差）變動而自動變化阻力系數(shù)，在一定的壓差范圍內(nèi)，可以有效地控制通過的流量保持一個常值，即當(dāng)閥門前后的壓差增大時，通過閥門的自動關(guān)小的動作能夠保持流量不增大，反之，當(dāng)壓差減小時，閥門自動開大，流量仍照保持恒定，但是，當(dāng)壓差小于或大于閥門的正常工作范圍時，它畢竟不能提供額外的壓頭，此時閥門打到全開或全關(guān)位置流量仍然比設(shè)定流量低或高不能控制。
動態(tài)壓差平衡閥，亦稱自力式壓差控制閥、差壓控制器、穩(wěn)壓變量同步器、壓差平衡閥等，它是用壓差作用來調(diào)節(jié)閥門的開度，利用閥芯的壓降變化來彌補管路阻力的變化，從而使在工況變化時能保持壓差基本不變，它的原理是在一定的流量范圍內(nèi)，可以有效地控制被控系統(tǒng)的壓差恒定，即當(dāng)系統(tǒng)的壓差增大時，通過閥門的自動關(guān)小動作，它能保證被控系統(tǒng)壓差增大反之，當(dāng)壓差減小時，閥門自動開大，壓差仍保持恒定。
自力自身壓差控制閥，在控制范圍內(nèi)自動閥塞為關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，閥門兩端壓差超過預(yù)設(shè)定值，閥塞自動打開并在感壓膜作用下自動調(diào)節(jié)開度，保持閥門兩端壓差相對恒定。
