利用空氣室風(fēng)道系統(tǒng)的負(fù)壓吸力和網(wǎng)孔篩選的原理，去除糧食或種子中的枝、梗、輕雜、莖葉、癟谷、瘦小籽粒、破碎粒、土塊、石頭等雜質(zhì)，主要用于小麥、水稻、玉米、可可、豆類的精選加工。

篩箱及空氣室為櫸木膠合板結(jié)構(gòu)，空氣室分別由前后二套吸風(fēng)道及前后二套沉降室組成，篩箱由二至六層篩網(wǎng)組成，篩網(wǎng)清理采用橡膠球撞擊式，自清篩能力強；通過選配不同規(guī)格的篩孔，可進行各種糧食及種子的精選加工。

智能自動化功能：

1、所有動力全部采用伺服電機、變頻電機，大量運用伺服、變頻、PLC、上位機等智能自動化技術(shù)，再配上各種傳感器把檢測數(shù)據(jù)上傳給觸摸屏，使設(shè)備的轉(zhuǎn)速、扭矩、溫度、振動頻率、空氣流量、空氣壓力、風(fēng)門角度等參數(shù)直觀的顯示在觸摸屏，運行情況一目了然。

2、當(dāng)設(shè)備調(diào)整到狀態(tài)時，相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)一鍵保存，下次加工相同種子只需一鍵恢復(fù)，對操作人員的專業(yè)技術(shù)要求低，無需憑個人經(jīng)驗使用設(shè)備。
