帶式大豆清選機 Belt type soybean cleaning machine
用途：能去除豆種中的土塊、石塊、半豆、一部分病蟲豆和皺皮豆。
優(yōu)點：傳動平穩(wěn)可靠，噪聲低，高效穩(wěn)定，工作中不漏糧。
選料帶寬1200mm，周長4500mm，帶選機帶層數(shù)10層，喂料采用自動給料，電機是四季免加油型減速電機，功率5kW，喂入量和帶選機帶數(shù)均采用變頻器調(diào)節(jié)。另又安裝一套回流重選設備，以確保質(zhì)量。帶選機的帶不是傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)帶，而是耐磨耐用的膠帶，正好適合黃淮地區(qū)的大豆不規(guī)格豆的清選。另外，帶選機又添加一層底座以便調(diào)整角度。
