角式過濾器其內部結構為豬鬃毛刷式或不銹鋼絲刷及不銹鋼濾網(wǎng)和傳動件組成，由傳動電機和電動閥自動完成清洗排污，操作方式為自動運行(亦可手動運行)，具有壓差和定時自動排污雙重功能。其自動化部分采用當今*的PLC可編程控制器。

Structure and principle

當水流經(jīng)過過濾器時，水中的機械雜質被過濾網(wǎng)攔截，當濾網(wǎng)表面積聚的雜質增加而使壓差達到設定壓差時，壓差開關即發(fā)出信號，同時PLC即發(fā)出指令，傳動電機啟動，排污閥打開，沉積在濾網(wǎng)中的雜質被轉動的刷子刷下，從排污口排出，整個刷洗排污過程無須人員操作，無須停機，同時，該設備還設有定時清洗排污和手動清洗排污功能，保證在任何情況下出水安全可靠。
