MGT全自動履帶式超聲清洗系統(tǒng)是在原有的YYLD系統(tǒng)清洗設(shè)備上加裝履帶傳動來提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低勞 動強度，滿足大批量的清洗要求。

應用范圍：精密軸承、汽車、摩托車剎車片、磁性材料、壓縮機零件等的清洗。

The MGT automatic track ultrasonic cleaning system is based on original YYLD cleaning system together with trak comveying to improve the working effciency,decrease the working intensity and satisfy the mass cleaning requirement. Applied for:Precicion bearing,automotive and motorcycle brake sheet,magnetic materials and compressor parts.

設(shè)備工作流程：進料→噴淋沖洗→超聲清洗→噴淋漂洗→烘干→出料

Workong cycle:feeding material→spray cleaning→ultrasonic cleaning→spraying rinsing→blowing-discharging 設(shè)備特點：采用不銹鋼履帶傳動，速度

無級可調(diào)，自動恒溫，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作方便。
