振動流化床采用雙質(zhì)體共振式結(jié)構(gòu)形式，慣性激振器與共振質(zhì)體組成一個共振單元，用普通電機通過萬向節(jié)帶動齒輪激振器產(chǎn)生激振力，激振力經(jīng)共振彈簧放大數(shù)倍后作用于工作質(zhì)體，使物料處于流化狀態(tài)，被處理物料在這種激振力的作用下跳躍前進，同時振動流化床底部輸入的熱風穿過料層，物料顆粒與熱風充分接觸從而達到理想的干燥效果。

適應物料 Application

1. 共聚物及其單體等有機物如：MBS、ABS、己二酸、聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺晶體、聚四氟乙烯、酚醛樹脂、尼龍 66 、聚丙烯樹脂、滌綸切片、聚氯乙烯。
