 全自動(dòng)漿糊貼標(biāo)機(jī)

 主要用途： 適用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)20-1200ml塑料瓶或玻璃瓶，圓柱形容器的漿糊貼標(biāo)。

 性能特點(diǎn)：工作程序?yàn)椋狠斊?、涂漿糊、取標(biāo)簽、轉(zhuǎn)鼓貼標(biāo)簽，整機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，且配有光電自控系統(tǒng)，保持全線動(dòng)作協(xié)調(diào)。采用涂漿取簽、取簽穩(wěn)定可靠，工作效率高。采用螺桿進(jìn)瓶，瓶子運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，定位可靠。采用搓滾機(jī)構(gòu)，標(biāo)簽粘接好，增強(qiáng)貼簽可靠性，設(shè)有無瓶不遞簽、不涂漿、不貼簽等保護(hù)裝置。機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用、更換規(guī)格方便。

 Main application: applicable for pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industry etc 20 -1200 ml plastic or glass bottles ,cylindrical vessel paste labeling.
 Properties:
 Working procedures : pass the bottles, stick the paste,take labels,turn drum?to stick the label,the machine adopts speed-adjusted with photoelectricity automation systems to keep all action coordination.
 Keep all action coordination.using paste sticking and label taking ,label taking is reliable and the efficiency is high.
 Using the screw to pass the bottles with smooth operation and reliable position.Using rub roll structure ,have good paste sticking, enhance label reliability, with protection device of not passing labels,not sticking paste and not sicking labels etc. without bottles.Machines replaced with simple structure, convenient specifications.
