CQAO型泵為單級(jí)單吸臥式磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)離心泵，針對含有一定固體顆粒介質(zhì)而研發(fā)的一種新型泥漿型磁力泵，該型泵參照美國石油學(xué)會(huì)API685及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造，具有全密封、無泄漏、無污染、抗磨損、耐腐蝕能力強(qiáng)、安全可靠、使用壽命長等特 點(diǎn)，可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油化工、精細(xì)化工、冶金、電力等行業(yè)。

CQAO horizontal slurry magnetic driven pump is a new type slurry type magnetic driven pump (single stage, single suction horizontal magnetic drive centrifugal pump) developed for media containing certain amount of solid particles. It has been designed and manufactured by referencing API685 and other relevant standards. It features full sealing, no leakage, no pollution, wear resistance, strong resistance to corrosion, high safety, high reliability, and long service life etc. It can be widely used for petrochemical industry, fine chemical industry, metallurgy, and electric power industry etc.

1.CQAO型泵通過內(nèi)外磁轉(zhuǎn)子耦合傳動(dòng)，隔離套將內(nèi)磁轉(zhuǎn)子密封在泵腔內(nèi)，運(yùn)用磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)與流體動(dòng)力密封結(jié)合，解決了含固體顆粒介質(zhì)的輸送難題。

1.CQAO pump is driven by coupled internal and external magnetic rotors. An isolation sleeve seals the internal magnetic rotor inside the pump cavity. Magnetic drive technology has been combined with fluid dynamic seal, solving the difficult problem of conveying media containing solid particles.

2.本系列泵較適用于易結(jié)晶、易沉淀、有懸浮物的介質(zhì)；濃度﹤10%的小的軟固體顆粒介質(zhì)；紙漿、有短纖維狀無磨蝕性、易堵塞的介質(zhì)和氣液混輸（氣體﹤10%）。

2.This series pumps are better applicable to media subject to crystallization, precipitation, or suspended matter; soft solid particle media of concentration <10%; paper pulp; media containing short fibers (without abrasion) and subject to easy clogging; and mixed gas-liquid media (gas <10%).

3.本系列泵不適用于有磨蝕性的固體硬顆粒，如砂漿、灰渣、礦渣；容易產(chǎn)生纏繞的長纖維物。

This series pumps are not applicable to media containing abrasive hard solid particles, 3.e.g. mortar, clinker, slag, and long fibers subject to easy winding.

結(jié)構(gòu)說明     Description of the structure

1.該系列泵均為單級(jí)、單吸、臥式、開式葉輪懸臂離心泵；

1. This series pumps are all single stage, single suction, horizontal, unshrouded impeller cantilever centrifugal pumps.

2. 泵為軸向水平吸入，徑向垂直排出，也可制成左側(cè)或右側(cè)排出；

2. These pumps adopt axial horizontal suction and radial vertical discharge (or left or right discharge).

3.泵體為蝸殼式、徑向剖分，具有底腳支撐（CQAO型）和中心支撐（CQAOH型）兩種形式；

3. Pump body adopts volute type, radial splitting, and bottom feet support (model CQAO) or central support (model CQAOH).

4.葉輪為開式或半開式葉輪，帶背葉片，以平衡軸向力；

4. Unshrouded impeller or semishrouded impeller is adopted, with rear blade provided to balance axial force.

5.葉輪前后相對應(yīng)處設(shè)置了耐磨板，便于磨損后更換，也便于沖洗。

5. Wear plates are provided at corresponding positions before and after the impeller to allow replacement after wear and flushing.

6.泵體、耐磨板材料可以選用特種材料或滲氮、噴涂耐磨耐腐蝕材料等；

7.采用外沖洗結(jié)構(gòu)，不讓顆粒進(jìn)入密封腔，確保運(yùn)行安全。

7. External flushing structure is adopted to prevent particles from entering the sealed cavity, ensuring operational safety.

8.優(yōu)化的剛性軸結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，具有更佳的撓度指數(shù)，使泵的振動(dòng)值進(jìn)一步降低。

8. Optimized rigid shaft structural design provides better deflection index, further reducing pump vibration.

9.內(nèi)置滑動(dòng)軸承采用了大厚度、重載、強(qiáng)推力陶瓷軸承，選用高純度、高耐磨性的碳化硅材料，使用壽命長。

9. Internal sliding bearing adopts thick, heavy duty, strong thrust ceramic bearing, and high purity, high wear resistance silicon carbide material, thus allowing long service life.

10.內(nèi)外磁轉(zhuǎn)子均為全密封式結(jié)構(gòu)，防止泵在腐蝕環(huán)境下磁體腐蝕和磁性能的衰退。

10. Both internal and external magnetic rotors adopt fully sealed structure, thus preventing pump magnet corrosion in corrosive environment and deterioration of magnetism.

11.滾動(dòng)軸承采用稀油潤滑，其油位由油標(biāo)和油杯同時(shí)控制，油杯能自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償油位；

11. Roller bearing is lubricated by oil, with the oil level controlled by both oil gauge and oil cup. This oil cup can automatically compensate the oil level.

12.采用了加長撓性膜片式聯(lián)軸器部件，檢修時(shí)不必拆卸吸入和吐出管路就能拆出葉輪、軸等零部件；

12. Lengthened flexible membrane type coupling is adopted. For maintenance, parts such as impeller and shaft etc. can be removed without dismantling the suction pipeline or discharge pipeline.

13.泵和電機(jī)安裝在同一個(gè)公用底座上。

13. The pump and the motor are installed on the same pedestal.

14.法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可提供ANSI、HG/T20615、HG/T20592等多種選擇。

14. Flange standard may be ANSI, HG/T20615, or HG/T20592.

15.可配帶普通Y系列電機(jī)、YB系列防爆型電機(jī)、直流電機(jī)和永磁電機(jī)等。
