該設(shè)備是我所濕法混合顆粒機(jī)的系列產(chǎn)品,能一次完成混合、制粒工序，制粒效果好，無交叉感染，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。配備了三個不同容積的攪拌鍋，用戶可根據(jù)使用的要求，在同一臺設(shè)備使用不同容積的攪拌鍋。換鍋時，只需將攪拌鍋取下，不影響其它部件，方便、快捷。攪拌槳與切碎刀均采用變頻器調(diào)速驅(qū)動，制粒工藝過程可進(jìn)行多段速控制，可滿足不同藥品的制粒工藝要求。配備了打印機(jī)，具有數(shù)據(jù)記錄功能，可對運行參數(shù)進(jìn)行記錄打印。
This machine is included in Series Wet Type Mixing Granulator, which can do the processes of mixing and granulating in one time. This machine is accordance with GMP standard, and has good granulating quality and no cross infection. It is equipped with three mixing pans in different cubage, so user can choose them freely according to requirement. When changing mixing pan, user just need take the mixing pan down easily and with shortcut, without influencing other parts. Mixing blade and cut knife use transducer to regular the speed. The granulating process can be controlled in multi ranges speed. Therefore, it can suitable for different technology requirements in granulating of medicine. HLSH2-6 also has printer, which can record the data and print the process parameter.
