外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺(tái)面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)表面經(jīng)過特殊處理，能保持表面光澤與防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。

裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。

所有控制器和操作均布局合理。

采用變頻調(diào)速成裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。

所有的傳動(dòng)裝置均布置在機(jī)器內(nèi)部，保持機(jī)件清潔。

液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)合理，能保證液壓系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。

配有過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載時(shí)，能自動(dòng)停機(jī)。

本機(jī)配有電磁制動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)和其他安全保護(hù)裝置，運(yùn)行時(shí)也能調(diào)整和操作。

沖模可與ZP19、ZP33等壓片機(jī)通用。

ZP35B是ZP35A的改進(jìn)型產(chǎn)品增加了預(yù)壓。

●The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, The material of the cover and the inside bable face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the lustre of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G.M.P rerquirement.
●It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened.
●Cleaning and maintenance is easier.
●The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
●The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
●All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean.
●The hydraulic system can assure the stable of the system.
●A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
●This machine also has electronic magic driver and other safety protection device which can be adjusted and operated when running.
●The punches and dies are also applicable to Model ZP19 ZP33.
●ZP35B is an inproued uersion of ZP35A with additonal fuaction of precompression.
