設(shè)備特點與效益：
1、 酒精回收：回收能力大，采用真空操作方法，改進了設(shè)備的工藝流程?；厥章誓苓_(dá)到95%，使酒精損耗率低于5%。能耗降低30%，具有投資小，回收效益高的節(jié)能設(shè)備。
2、 濃縮液料：本設(shè)備采用外加熱自然型循環(huán)式與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)方式，能具有蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重可達(dá)(1.4)；液料在全密封中無泡沫濃縮，用本設(shè)備濃縮出來的藥液，具有無污染，藥味濃。清洗方便，打開加熱器上下蓋即可。操作簡單，占地面積小，外形美觀，加熱器、蒸發(fā)器、保溫完整出廠，本設(shè)備與液料接觸部件均采用不銹鋼SUS304制造，保溫采用聚胺脂發(fā)泡或珍珠棉，外表面磨砂亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
