特點與效益：

1、  節(jié)能效益，按SJN-1000型計算，一年節(jié)約蒸氣約5400噸，冷卻水14萬噸，節(jié)約電13萬多度，降低成本近20萬元。

2、  本濃縮器采用外加熱自然型循環(huán)式與真空負壓蒸發(fā)方式，具有蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重大，可達1.4(一般中藥浸膏)，不需敞口鍋收膏。

3、  本濃縮器采用三效同時蒸發(fā)，二次蒸汽得到反復使用，與單效比能耗約降70%，不到一年可用節(jié)能費中收回本濃縮器的全部投資。

4、  多功能操作特點為：(1)以回收酒精濃度在80度左右，(2)三效可以濃縮三種不同的物料，(3)一效、二效、三效，二效、一效可以反復交鍋收膏。

5、  本濃縮器有特殊構造，濃縮出來的具有味道濃，膏質(zhì)均勻，使物料在密封中無泡沫狀態(tài)下進行濃縮，不易跑料，減少污染，當天濃縮完畢，不易結(jié)焦，清洗方便，打開加熱器上下蓋即可清洗，并節(jié)約勞力，一個可以操作。

6、  本濃縮器與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼SUS304制造，加熱器，蒸發(fā)器外面設有保溫層，保溫采用聚胺脂發(fā)泡，外表面磨砂亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標準。
