雙層玻璃反應(yīng)釜 

功能：

雙層玻璃反應(yīng)釜為雙層玻璃設(shè)計(jì)，內(nèi)層放入反應(yīng)溶媒，可做攪拌反應(yīng)，夾層可通上不同的冷熱源（冷凍液、熱水或熱油）做循環(huán)加熱或冷卻反應(yīng)。在設(shè)定恒溫條件下，密封的玻璃反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)，可根據(jù)使用要求在常壓或負(fù)壓條件下進(jìn)行攪拌反應(yīng)，并能進(jìn)行反應(yīng)溶液的回流與蒸餾，是現(xiàn)代精細(xì)化工、生物制藥和新材料合成的理想中試、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。

l       Pt100傳感器探頭，測溫精度高，誤差小，不易折斷，有效提高工作效率。

l       雙聚四氟乙烯攪拌槳，適用于低至高粘度液體的攪拌與混合。

l       聚四氟乙烯放釜底料閥，可活動接口，具有反應(yīng)*，出料*快捷等特點(diǎn)。

Features:

l       The overall framework of stainless steel column , multi-port reactor lid, with reflux, add fluid, temperature and other full glass accessories.

l       Double Teflon stirring paddle for stirring low to high viscosity liquids and mixed.

1、 釜內(nèi)膽燒制四條突出的擋板，攪拌時(shí)在釜壁阻擋液體從而改變液體流向，起到擾流作用，達(dá)到更理想的攪拌效果。

2、 特制的新型釜底放料，推進(jìn)式閥芯與釜底玻璃內(nèi)膽密封面直接接觸，密封效果好，確保*，放料更快捷*。

3、 框架噴涂特氟龍，防腐效果更好。

Fertures:

1、 The reactor tank fired four prominent tailgate, when stirring the liquid in the vessel wall to block the change in liquid flow,play a spoiler role, to achieve better mixing effect.

2、 A special discharge end of the new tank, push the end of the spool and the kettle direct contact with the sealing surface of the glass liner, good sealing effect, to ensure that reaction no dead ends, more efficient and thorough discharge.

3、 The framework of the Teflon coating,corrosion better.
