測定方法  比色法（530nm）定量測定直接和總膽紅素的濃度。

產(chǎn)品說明  膽紅素是血液中紅血球死亡后，血紅素的代謝產(chǎn)物。根據(jù)膽紅素與葡萄糖醛酸結(jié)合與否，分為水溶性的結(jié)合膽紅素（直接膽紅素）和非水溶性的非結(jié)合膽紅素（間接膽紅素）。結(jié)合膽紅素被分泌入毛細(xì)膽管，當(dāng)人進(jìn)食的時(shí)候，會(huì)隨膽汁排入小腸，并被還原為尿膽素元。膽紅素水平是一種重要的生理指標(biāo)，過多的血細(xì)胞破裂或膽紅素排泄功能失常都會(huì)導(dǎo)致膽紅素大量堆積，從而引發(fā)黃疸。在科研和藥物開發(fā)中，簡單、自動(dòng)化的膽紅素檢測手段是zui為理想的。本公司的膽紅素檢測試劑盒適用于96-孔板或比色皿檢測血液樣本中膽紅素的含量。利用試劑與膽紅素反應(yīng)生成紅色產(chǎn)物的特性，在波長510-550nm下檢測，其顏色深淺程度與膽紅素含量成正比。

DESCRIPTION  BILIRUBIN is one of the degradation products of hemoglobin formed when red blood cells die. Bilirubin exists in the insoluble unconjugated form (also indirect bilirubin), or soluble glucuronide conjugated form bilirubin (also direct bilirubin). Conjugated bilirubin moves into the bile canaliculi of the liver and then to the gall bladder. When stimulated by eating, bile (including the conjugated bilirubin) is excreted into the small intestine, where bilirubin is converted into urobilinogen. Bilirubin is a key diagnostic indicator. High levels of bilirubin result when too much hemoglobin is broken down or the removal of bilirubin does not function properly. The accumulation of bilirubin in the body causes jaundice. Simple and automation-ready procedures for quantitative determination of bilirubin find wide applications in research and drug discovery.  Our bilirubin assay kit is designed to measure bilirubin in blood specimen in 96-well or cuvette formats. using an improved Jendrassik-Grof method.
