產(chǎn)品說明  淀粉化學(xué)式為(C₆H₁₀O₅)_n，是大量葡萄糖單元通過糖苷鏈組成的多糖碳水化合物。所有植物種子和塊莖含有以直鏈淀粉和支鏈淀粉的形式存在的淀粉。淀粉是人類飲食中消耗zui多的多糖。一些淀粉消化的非常迅速，導(dǎo)致血糖迅速大幅上升。另一些則消化緩慢，如抗性淀粉，它在小腸中不能被消化，從而很少或不會引起血糖上升。簡單、直接、自動化的淀粉濃度檢測手段在食品、生化研究以及藥物研發(fā)中受到了廣泛應(yīng)用。本公司生產(chǎn)的淀粉測試方法利用酶水解試劑快速將淀粉分解成葡萄糖，并用葡萄糖比色測定試劑檢測。這種簡單方便的室溫檢測方式只需45分鐘。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)  只需10 μL樣品，檢測范圍：0.6 - 50 μg/mL (6 - 500 ng)淀粉。    

儲存條件  在冰上運(yùn)輸。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品和檢測試劑在4°C 下保存，其他試劑在-20°C下保存。

DESCRIPTION  STARCH, chemical formula (C6H10O5)n, is a polysaccharide carbohydrate consisting of a large number of glucose units joined together by glycosidic bonds. All plant seeds and tubers contain starch present in the form of amylose and amylopectin. Starch is the most consumed polysaccharide in the human diet. Some starches are digested very quickly, and cause a rapid and large rise in blood sugar. Others are digested more slowly, and some starch, called resistant starch, is not digested in the small intestine at all, and thus causes little or no blood sugar rise. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring starch concentrations find wide applications in food, biochemical research and drug discovery. Our starch assay uses enzyme hydrolysis reagent that rapidly breaks down starch into glucose, which is determined with our proprietary colorimetric glucose assay reagent. This simple convenient assay is carried out at room temperature and takes 45 min.

KEY FEATURES  Use as little as 10 μL samples. Linear detection range 0.6 to 50 μg/mL (6 to 500 ng) starch.
