本機(jī)用以將各種顆粒狀原料壓制成圓型片劑，于小批量生產(chǎn)。其特點(diǎn)是轉(zhuǎn)盤上可裝19付沖模，旋轉(zhuǎn)一周即可壓制19片。轉(zhuǎn)盤速度　、物料的充填深度、壓片厚度均可調(diào)節(jié)。機(jī)上的機(jī)械緩沖裝置可避免過載而引起的機(jī)件損壞。機(jī)體一則配有吸粉箱，通過吸咀可吸限機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的粉塵，避免粘結(jié)堵塞。
　　本機(jī)曾獲國家醫(yī)藥管理局優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品獎(jiǎng)。

　　This machine is suitable for pressing round tables from varios kinds of granular materials,specially for smallscale batch production and dies,so 19 tablets will be pressed for each revolutin of theturret. During operation,the speed of the turret r-otation,the depth of the filling material and thethickness of the tablets unit will precent punches and apparatus from overload demage.A powder suctionunit is attached to take in the residual powder during operat-ion,so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminiated and the collected powder material can be reused.
　　This machine has won the Fine Quality Product Prize awarede by China National Medical Management Bureau.
