工作原理：采用的高溫機(jī)械技術(shù)，利用蒸汽作為動(dòng)力介質(zhì)，帶動(dòng)物料高速運(yùn)動(dòng)后相互碰撞，實(shí)現(xiàn)物料粉碎。粉碎后的物料經(jīng)過渦輪氣流分級(jí)機(jī)分級(jí)，合格粉料進(jìn)入收集系統(tǒng)收集，不合格物料返回粉碎機(jī)繼續(xù)被粉碎。整個(gè)生產(chǎn)在全干法下進(jìn)行。

LNGS蒸汽動(dòng)能磨是我公司自主研發(fā)具有獨(dú)立知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的一種新型超微粉碎設(shè)備，不但具有氣流磨的優(yōu)勢(shì)，而且粉碎強(qiáng)度高、產(chǎn)能大、能耗低，單位能耗僅為氣流磨的1/5~1/8。

特點(diǎn)：1.粉碎強(qiáng)度大：傳統(tǒng)氣流磨形成的氣流速度一般為500 m/s，蒸汽動(dòng)能磨氣流速度可達(dá)到1000m/s以上，大大增加了粉碎強(qiáng)度。

2.能耗低：傳統(tǒng)氣流磨以電能帶動(dòng)空壓機(jī)產(chǎn)生的壓縮空氣用于物料的粉碎，形成氣體動(dòng)能的一次能量利用率僅為20%左右，蒸汽動(dòng)能磨是以蒸汽作為動(dòng)能，一次能量利用率可達(dá)90%，若以工業(yè)余熱為蒸汽能量來源，更可節(jié)約一次能源消耗。

3.設(shè)備可大型化、單機(jī)產(chǎn)能大：氣流粉碎設(shè)備的大小取決于氣源系統(tǒng)的大小，目前，**的空

壓機(jī)200~300m3/min，很難再大型化；而鍋爐大型化設(shè)備已普及，很容易滿足蒸汽動(dòng)能磨大型化的要

求，大大提高了單機(jī)設(shè)備的產(chǎn)能。

4.安全性高(防爆、防靜電、防氧化)：由于水分子具有導(dǎo)電特性，物料產(chǎn)生的靜電被蒸汽導(dǎo)出，防止了靜電的積聚，同時(shí)物料不與空氣接觸，易于防止物料氧化爆炸。

5.加工后的粉體分散性好，并兼具干燥功能。

6.由于加工成本的大幅度降低，極大的拓展了加工粉碎的范圍，不但可用于高附加值非熱敏性材料

的超細(xì)粉碎，而且可用于非熱敏性非金屬礦物以及大宗固廢(鋼渣/水渣/粉煤灰/固硫灰等)的超細(xì)加工。

Working Principle: Steam jet mill adopts high temperature mechanical technology and uses hot steam as media for high speed movement to perform materials pulverization. The finest particles are brought to collector by turbine grader, the coarser grains will be swirled back to grinding chamber. the whole production line is dry-type processing due to the steam in the system keeps overheating. 

LNGS Steam Jet Mill is a new superfine pulverizing device, is our patent product. Main features: high efficiency grinding, large capacity, lower energy consumption, unit power consumption is only 1/5~1/8 of jet mill.

1.High efficiency grading. The flow speed of steam jet mill is up to 1000m/s(convectional air jet mill is 500m/s).

2.Lower energy consumption. Steam jet mill uses superheated steam as kinetic energy, the rate of energy usage is up to 90%.

3.Large capacity. The dimension of jet mill depends on the size of steam source device, the biggest air compressor is 200~300m3/min currently, its hard to large scale, however the industrial boiler is more popularization, it’s easy to meet the requirements of large steam jet mill, greatly improving the single equipment capacity. 

4.Grinding in closed system, to avoid contact with air. It has protect blast, antistatic, anti-oxidation.

5.The product has well dispersion, and simultaneous dry function in processing.

6.Due to reduce the processing cost, greatly expａnd the scope of processing, this equipment can be used for high added value non-heating sensitive material and non-metallic mineral material superfine pulverizing.
