工作原理：根據(jù)粉體顆粒大小、密度不同在干法狀態(tài)下進行分級。利用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)分級輪形成的離心力和氣流運動對粉體顆粒的推動力大小的不同，大或重的粉體顆粒受到的離心力大，遠離分級輪，至分級機邊壁自然下落；小或輕的粉體顆粒受離心力小，顆粒受氣流推動，進入分級輪，實現(xiàn)對物料的分級。

主要特點：

◆采用流體力學(xué)數(shù)值模擬軟件，計算出*合適的流場，*理想的壓力分布來指導(dǎo)設(shè)計，優(yōu)化的分級葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)，流場均勻穩(wěn)定、葉輪壓力損失小，可對物料進行高效分級，分級效率達到70-93%；

◆設(shè)計的強力分散裝置及湍流渦解裝置，可確保高分級精度；

◆優(yōu)化設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)，能對團聚性超微粉體、聚合體進行有效的分散解離；

◆我公司**的外置端面密封技術(shù)(發(fā)明)，有效的確保了分級精度及無大顆粒泄漏 ;

◆二次風全段面均勻流，保持清洗流場穩(wěn)定，大大提高了分級精度，并降低了設(shè)備磨損；

Working principle: Depending on particles' size and density under dry-type for grading, it uses the centrifugal force produced by the fast rotation of grading rotator together with flow movement to perform classifying, the coarser particles above the grading rang is drove by centrifugal force will be swirled down along the container wall, and finer grains bring to the grinding zone.
