采用優(yōu)秀排污泵水力模型，對泵組的密封結構、冷卻方式、保護與控制進行優(yōu)化設計，具有安全可靠、安裝檢修方便、高效節(jié)能、無堵塞、抗纏繞、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點，在排送含有固體顆粒及長纖維混合液方面，具有*功效。廣泛用于市政工程、建筑工程、污水處理、工礦排污、礦山排水、排雨水及水利排灌等工程。

工作條件說明
介質溫度小于等于60℃，介質密度小于等于1.3X10³kg/m³；介質PH值范圍：5~9；無內部自流循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)的泵，運行時電機露出液面不超過1/2；有內循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的泵，不低于泵體上法蘭；泵的殼體材質為灰鑄鐵，不能用于排送強腐蝕性或強磨蝕固體顆粒的介質。

結構說明：

潛水排污泵由水泵和干式潛水電機組成，機泵共軸，二者之間用油室和雙層機械密封分隔，整體結構緊湊；既可采用自動耦合式安裝，也可采用固定安裝和硬（軟）管移動式安裝，無需建設泵房，節(jié)約基建投資。潛污泵內裝有電機繞組過熱保護元件、油水探頭和浮子開關等保護裝置，這些元器件均與電控柜相連接。保護裝置必須與潛污泵電控柜相連才能起作用。
