◆物料自進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)，在振動電機(jī)或其他方式提供的激

振力作用下,在空氣分布板上跳躍前進(jìn),同時(shí)空氣經(jīng)過濾后， 被加熱到一定溫度，由風(fēng)口進(jìn)入干燥機(jī)下風(fēng)室中，物料在振 動力和經(jīng)空氣分布板均風(fēng)的熱氣流雙重作用下，呈懸浮狀態(tài) 與熱氣流接觸，物料顆粒與熱介質(zhì)之間進(jìn)行著激烈的湍動， 使傳熱和傳質(zhì)過程得以強(qiáng)化，干燥后的產(chǎn)品由排料口排出， 蒸發(fā)出的水份和廢氣經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器回收粉塵后，排入大氣。 下床體為床層提供了一個(gè)穩(wěn)定的具有一定壓力的風(fēng)室。調(diào)節(jié)引風(fēng) 機(jī)，使上箱體中床層物料上部保持微負(fù)壓，維持良好干燥環(huán) 境并防止粉塵外泄。

◆物料受熱均勻，熱交換充分，干燥強(qiáng)度高，比普通干燥機(jī)節(jié)能30%左右。

◆振動源是采用振動電機(jī)驅(qū)動,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平衡、維修方便、噪音低、壽命長。

◆流態(tài)化穩(wěn)，*和吹穿現(xiàn)象。

◆對物料表面損傷小，可用于易碎的干燥，物料顆粒不規(guī)則時(shí)亦不影響工作效果。

◆采用全封閉式的結(jié)構(gòu)，有效的防止了物料與空氣間的交叉污染，作業(yè)環(huán)境清潔。

◆可調(diào)性好，適應(yīng)面寬，料層厚度和在機(jī)內(nèi)移動速度以及振幅變更均可實(shí)現(xiàn)無級調(diào)節(jié)。

◆由于施加振動，可使zui小流化氣速降低，因而可顯著降低空氣需求量，進(jìn)而降低粉塵層夾帶，配套熱源，風(fēng)機(jī)，旋風(fēng)分離器等也可相應(yīng)

縮小規(guī)格，成套設(shè)備降低，節(jié)能效果明顯。

◆可方便地調(diào)整振動參數(shù)來改變在機(jī)內(nèi)滯留時(shí)間。其活塞流式的運(yùn)行降低了物料粒度均勻性及規(guī)則性要求，易于獲得均勻的干燥產(chǎn)品。
