待分離物料由進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓，在離心力場的作用下，均布在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)壁的濾布上，進(jìn)行過濾分離。分離過程中液相透過固相物料、濾布的縫隙和轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的小孔，從底盤的出液管流出；而固相物料則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)。進(jìn)料及分離過程中，閉合罩始終與轉(zhuǎn)鼓底部緊密接觸，防止料液進(jìn)入下料口。當(dāng)達(dá)到分離要求后，閉合罩上升，刮刀機(jī)構(gòu)開始卸料，料渣從出渣口排出。
