一、標(biāo)簽點(diǎn)數(shù)機(jī)主要用途:

1、將自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)卷回繞并對(duì)標(biāo)簽的數(shù)量自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)。

2、滿足GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)出入庫標(biāo)簽數(shù)量的統(tǒng)計(jì)。

3、將標(biāo)簽反向，清點(diǎn)，分卷，糾偏等。

4、可增加機(jī)器視覺或條碼閱讀器可檢測(cè)標(biāo)簽質(zhì)量，自動(dòng)判斷是否混入其他品種的標(biāo)簽。

5、增加噴碼機(jī)可在標(biāo)簽上噴印日期、流水號(hào)等標(biāo)識(shí)信息。  

二、工作原理：

通電機(jī)帶動(dòng)標(biāo)簽轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，用檢測(cè)光電來識(shí)別標(biāo)簽，并發(fā)出感應(yīng)信號(hào)傳輸給PLC，并且通過顯示屏來顯示當(dāng)前標(biāo)簽的數(shù)量。
