多功能提取罐

多功能提取罐主要結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
1、加熱形式：夾套加熱，底部無(wú)熱源形成加熱死角。
2、提取效率：靜態(tài)加熱方式，因底部無(wú)熱源形成加熱死角，使底部藥材提取不*。上漂浮的藥材（提取沸騰后慢慢的浸入在提取液中）和其它的藥材提取時(shí)間不一樣提取不*。設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題降低了提取效率。

4、操作安全：夾套加熱沸騰后較難控制二次蒸汽流量，因系統(tǒng)蒸汽壓力的不穩(wěn)定性，需要操作人員隨時(shí)調(diào)控閥門(mén)控制蒸汽壓力，來(lái)維持提取微沸狀態(tài)，掌控不好（夾套加熱相對(duì)加熱面積大）容易造成二次蒸汽流量大攜帶皂甙及漂浮的藥材堵塞管道形成設(shè)備生產(chǎn)帶壓爆沸。給生產(chǎn)人員帶來(lái)傷害，給生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)?yè)p失。
5、安裝空間：此結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)備直徑大高度底，占用空間相對(duì)較小。
