二、溫控系統(tǒng)：
    1、溫度范圍：室溫—250度（可任意設(shè)定所需溫度）
    2、溫控制器：采用RKC 70型溫度控制器，LED做數(shù)字顯示
                 設(shè)定，PID自動(dòng)演算修正設(shè)定，配0.6芯電熱偶及接觸器輸出
從而保證溫度控制更加穩(wěn)定和更精準(zhǔn)。
    3、溫度器精度：±5℃
    4、溫度均勻度：±5℃（加熱空爐上中下測試）
    5、加  熱  器：采用Φ11mm散熱式干燒型發(fā)熱管（采用進(jìn)口的電阻絲及高溫石
英砂制作），發(fā)熱管裝置在爐內(nèi)兩旁
三、運(yùn)風(fēng)控制系統(tǒng)：
    1、運(yùn)風(fēng)電機(jī)：1臺(tái)加強(qiáng)軸型烤箱專用電機(jī)及配置強(qiáng)力型多翼風(fēng)輪
     2、運(yùn)風(fēng)方式：在爐體兩側(cè)強(qiáng)制出風(fēng)，頂部回風(fēng)循環(huán)。
 在爐體頂部配置排氣排風(fēng)煙囪，讓產(chǎn)品在烘烤時(shí)，及時(shí)排出廢氣煙霧
 四、爐體結(jié)構(gòu)及用料：
1、爐體設(shè)計(jì)成：單開門。
2、內(nèi)箱采用0.8mm不繡鋼板制作。
3、外箱采用1.mm厚A3冷板加工成型后防銹處理，噴電腦白色。
4、保溫材料:采用西斯?fàn)?0K環(huán)保高溫棉，保溫厚度為80mm
5、門邊密封：采用耐高溫硅膠迫緊密封
  五、控制電器使用材料：

       六、安全體統(tǒng)：
     1、電機(jī)缺相過流保護(hù)裝置，（電機(jī)過載時(shí)，切斷加熱電源，防止烤壞產(chǎn)品）
     2、控制回路短路及過載保護(hù),當(dāng)電路短路或其它故障時(shí)切斷電源,保護(hù)電機(jī)安全
七、機(jī)臺(tái)工作原理：
     1、啟動(dòng)電源開花關(guān)→2、開啟電機(jī)運(yùn)風(fēng)開關(guān)→3、開啟加熱開關(guān)→4、設(shè)置所
需溫度→5、開始加熱→6、溫度到達(dá)開始自動(dòng)計(jì)算烘烤時(shí)間→7、到達(dá)烘烤時(shí)間開始蜂鳴提示，并切斷加熱電源。
