在固體與液體共存并以固體為主的分散體中,利用分散體的自粘性(或外.加粘結(jié)性),通過 強(qiáng)制方式(如擠壓、重力、離心力、機(jī)械力、氣流沖力等)使固體粉料基本微粒相互粘接、增大,并形成-定形狀和粒度均勻、集中的顆粒群。濕法造粒成套裝置主要由混合(捏和)、造粒、干燥及其輔助系統(tǒng)設(shè)備構(gòu)成。粉料經(jīng)混合(捏和)后,進(jìn)入造粒機(jī)形成所需粒度的含濕產(chǎn)品,經(jīng)干燥得到顆粒狀成品,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)造粒的目的。
In the dispersion in which solid coexists with liquid and is dominated by solid, the basic particles of solid powder are bonded to each other and increased by using the self-adhesion (or external adhesion) of the dispersion through mandatory means (such as extrusion, gravity, centrifugal force, mechanical force, airflow momentum, etC.), and a particle group with a certain shape, uniform particle size and concentration is formed. The wet granulation complete set mainly consists of mixing (kneading), granulation, drying and auxiliary system equipment. After the powder is mixed (kneaded), it enters a granulator to form a wet product with the required particle size, and the granular finished product is obtained after drying, thus realizing the purpose of granulation.
