The four temperature zone experimental tubular furnace is a multi temperature zone high temperature tubular resistance furnace produced by sigma high temperature electric furnace. The four temperature zone experimental tubular furnace has four temperature zones, which are controlled by four independent temperature control systems, and all of them are programmed temperature control in pid30 section. By adjusting the temperature control procedures of the four temperature zones, the temperature field in the furnace tube can form a temperature gradient. Stainless steel flanges are installed at both ends of the furnace tube, and gas nozzles, valves and pressure gauges are installed on the stainless steel flanges. The vacuum degree can reach 10-3 PA during vacuum pumping.
管式爐可以預(yù)抽真空并能通氫氣、氬氣、氮?dú)?、氧氣、一氧化碳、氨分解氣等氣體,具有溫場(chǎng)均衡、表面溫度低、升降溫度速率快、節(jié)能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。入保護(hù)氣體時(shí)候，需確保進(jìn)出氣閥門(mén)同時(shí)打開(kāi)，防止保護(hù)管內(nèi)壓力過(guò)大，造成爐管破裂；
