大鼠皮質(zhì)神經(jīng)元

大鼠海馬趾神經(jīng)細(xì)胞（RN-c）提取于E18或p0大鼠大腦皮層，原代凍存。
 
        實(shí)驗(yàn)室的大鼠皮質(zhì)神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞分離于E18或p0大鼠的大腦皮層，原代凍存。冰凍運(yùn)輸或增殖培養(yǎng)后運(yùn)送。運(yùn)送前細(xì)胞在實(shí)驗(yàn)室的神經(jīng)元培養(yǎng)液中培養(yǎng)2到3天。細(xì)胞達(dá)到約80％的融合后進(jìn)行低溫運(yùn)輸（在凝膠冰盒中）。它們經(jīng)檢測(cè)不含支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用 實(shí)驗(yàn)室特制的培養(yǎng)基，可保證此神經(jīng)元在貴實(shí)驗(yàn)室中繼續(xù)生長(zhǎng)。

The RN-c from ScienCell Research Laboratories are isolated from E18 or P0 rat cerebral cortex. They were frozen on primary culture and delivered either frozen or proliferating culture. The proliferating cell has been cultured in neuronal medium for two to three days in our laboratory before shipping. The culture is abount 80% confluent and delivered cold （in gel ice box）. They are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. RN-c are guaranteed to further culture in your laboratory in the conditions provided by ScienCell Research Laboratories.
